Service is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean, comfortable and room service is available. There’s no elevator if planning to bring large luggage it’s going to take a little extra sweat if your room is in the second or third floor.

Also gleich vorweg Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut 25 € für Frühstück und gutem Service (jede Tag frische Handtücher, gratis Wasser, zimmerservice) Wir buchten über booking.com Die Bewertungen dort waren sehr gut und die Bilder waren echt schön Hier angekommen mussten wir uns vom Gegenteil überzeugen Die Bilder auf booking sind bearbeitet Es ist einfach nicht schön hier Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man auch Der Pool ist klein aber wenn man bedenkt dass wir mitten in der Stadt sind und dort trotzdem zur Ruhe kamen war es eigentlich in Ordnung Das gym ist sehr klein und sehr sehr schmutzig aber die Geräte sind ok Einzig die Laufbänder sind sind zu benutzen ( es gibt einen sehr schönen Park ums Eck zum Laufen ) Das Frühstück welches inkludiert war war auch gut, nichts besonderes aber gut Die Zimmer sind ok Leider keine Fenster somit steht die Luft Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber und somit konnten wir wenigstens die Luft trocknen Das Badezimmer ist unfassbar klein Wir waren auf der Durchreise für 2 Nächte dort Wir wollten unbedingt etwas Zeit in Mérida verbringen und deswegen wählten wir dieses Hotel Man darf sich nicht auf Erholung einstellen dann wird man auch nicht enttäuscht Ich denke wenn man nicht zu große Ansprüche hat kann man dieses Hotel wählen Hervorheben möchte ich das Personal welches die ganze Zeit wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war

It's practical, not within but close to the center. Freshly made breakfast. Service was great. The architecture has flaws (but that said by an architect)

This hotel is convenient due to its proximity to downtown Mérida—ideal for simply coming back to rest after exploring the city and its surroundings. Although we had some issues with the TV and air conditioning, the service staff responded immediately to our complaint and had everything fixed by the time we returned to the hotel. The parking lot is small, but I appreciated that guests parked smartly, making sure everyone could get out without any problems. There’s definitely room for improvement in their menu—the food options are quite limited, and adding more variety would be a big plus. All in all, staying here was definitely worth it.

Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock und war sauber. Das Bad ist klein und ohne Belüftung, aber sauber und ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein einziges Fenster, welches auf den Gang zeigte - dieses konnten wir also nicht wirklich verwenden, aber das war uns im Vorhinein bewusst. Das Fitnessstudio ist ein bisschen dreckig, aber sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Pool bietet eine nette kleine Ruheoase. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur Eiergerichte, was für den ein oder anderen ein Problem sein könnte, aber für uns hat es gepasst. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten von dem Paseo de Montejo und 36 Gehminuten vom Plaza Grande entfernt, also gute Lage!

Absolutely lovely hotel with good location, nice room and bathroom, all new, good ac, bed and good wi-fi. Beautiful and comfortable, absolutely recommend. Lack of review just because it was open at November 2021 ( said on reception). Price is low for such hotel, before that was in El Espanol - there was absolutely catastrophic, big difference and almost same price
